This is a bit intense, but you have to watch it. Here is a video of Bill O’Reilly (he is a really conservative FOX TV show host who likes to lie about issues, anger Dave Letterman, and recently published a book for kids telling them to avoid sex and fun at all costs) with John McCain, a Republican senator from Arizona who is running for president (and giant tool. He once pretended not to know whether condoms prevent HIV/AIDS, probably to demonstrate that he, too, received the abstinence-only sex education that he so advocates).
(Wow, that rant felt great).
Anyway, here are the leaders of the old boys’ club, talking about McCain’s latest immigration policy that will put a lot of money and new border patrol officers into preventing people from Mexico from entering the country, and will make illegal immigrants already in the country pay a huge fine to become citizens. Clearly, it’s not a good plan, because the US doesn’t have more money to spend, and frankly, the immigrants who came here to escape poverty probably don’t either.
However, what is most interesting about this video that I am pasting below is that Bill O’Reilly actually admits that the government is largely dictated by a “white, male, Christian power structure” and that liberals want to deconstruct it.
Great! We have an understanding! Unfortunately, O’Reilly and McCain don’t seem too interested in helping take it down.
Here’s the video… and notice the inherent racism in that O’Reilly and McCain aren’t even considering that the people who come here might want to do something other than be a farm worker, a job that we typically associate Mexicans with.

They are so unbelievably ridiculous! O’Reilly comes to the realization that there is a white male christian government, and he acts like he wants to protect it and leave it that way. Picture this:opposed to this being on FOX news, it’s the latest state of the union. NEEISH KEEET!

Hey Maddie: See the connection between this and Dr. Schlain’s lecture yesterday? Perhaps you could share a little about his presentation with your readers. He was so wonderful…..as was your question for him.
