Lily Adams

Lily Adams, 20, is a sophomore at Brandeis University where she is pursuing a Bachelors degree in Politics. She has been surrounded by politics since she was a child and has continued being interested throughout high school and now college. The greatest influences in her life have been her grandmother, Ann Richards, and her mother Cecile Richards, because of how they have broken barriers, tested limits and shown great leadership. Her goal has been to pursue a career in public service that can allow her to help people and better her community. At school she has enjoyed working on local elections and being on the rowing team as a coxswain. She is excited to start this project of blogging because she believes that this new generation of women can unite and lead this country in a new progressive direction.
