Madeline Lear

Madeline Lear is a 13-year old 7th grader, who lives and loves Los Angeles. She has blogged for the Huffington Post, is quoted in Danica McKellar's new book about Girls and Math, and loves as follows: christmas, curly hair, starbuck's holiday pastries, lighting matches, the word heylo, diet peach snapple, red/strawberry hair, music, some good old books, concerts, plants, LA, writing, and the ocean a bit. She plays the electric bass, double bass in her school orchestra, a tiny eencie bit of piano, sings, and writes a bit too. She has a fraternal twin sister named Brianna, people she loves: Zooey Deschanel, Kate Nash, her friends and family. She likes peaceful politics--(she stands by this not being an oxymoron,) and also loooooves GHQ!
